Sorry no returns and no refunds. Feel free to contact me if you need more info about any of my creations before placing your order. We also have a fb page and instagram account loaded with lovely pictures, so please do not hesitate to visit us!
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the Royal Mail (or any other postal service) but we'll do our best to help you obtain a refund from the post if an incident occurs, and we always keep a certificate of postage just in case. So please if any problem occurs just let us know as soon as possible, and allow about 3 to 4 weeks for us to try and solve the issue with the Post.

Standard Delivery to the UK is £1.50 plus 20p for every other item.
If ordering from outside the UK then please contact me before you order so that I can give you an exact delivery cost for your location(Standard delivery;if you prefer a trackable delivery please contact me before you order)
